Congratulations on your purchase of a Dakota Snow Puppy! Your puppy is of excellent quality and is sold with a guarantee as follows:
1. This puppy is guaranteed to be healthy and free of disease at the time of purchase.
Buyer has seventy two hours from time of purchase to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. The buyer is solely responsible for the cost of examination.
If the veterinarian feels this puppy is not represented as above, buyer may return the puppy, at buyers expense. A full refund of the purchase price will be returned to the buyer, provided there is specific written documentation from the veterinarian as to the problem.
THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT EXCEED SEVENTY TWO HOURS
Congenital defects including crippling hip dysplasia are covered for a period of one year from the date of birth. Documentation of the congenital defect must be provided by a licensed veterinarian and be proven to be genetic and not environmental. If our veterinarian concurs with the documentation, the puppy will be replaced with a puppy of equal quality,when one becomes available. No refunds will be given.In the event your puppy is affected with a genetic condition, the AKC papers must be returned too us before a replacement will be given. There are NO refunds. Dakota Snow reserves the right at our discretion to have the puppy returned to us.
PET QUALITY PUPPIES: Pet quality puppies will be sold with limited AKC registration. Limited registration means your puppy will be registered with AKC, however, offspring will not be eligible for registration. Health guarantee expires in seventy two hours. Congenital defects, including crippling hip dysplasia will be covered for a period of one year from the date of birth.
Breeding Quality: Puppies will be sold with full AKC registration. Offspring can be registered with AKC.
Puppies are guaranteed to have correct bites, no inguinal hernias at the time of purchase.
2. Testicles will be descended on male puppies.
Puppies are guaranteed to OFA at two years of age, provided there is no physical proof of undue stress to the hips or elbows of said puppy.
If puppy is unable to OFA at two years of age, we will replace the puppy when one becomes available, provided AKC papers are returned to us. We reserve the right, at our discretion to have the puppy returned to us.
EXCLUSIONS: SIZE OF PUPPY AT MATURITY, BREEDING CAPABILITY OF PUPPY AT MATURITY
AN ADDENDUM WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY EXCEPTIONS TO ABOVE GUARANTEE. BOTH BUYER AND SELLER MUST SIGN AND DATE ADDENDUM.
